Confidence Isn’t a Trait It’s a Skill (Here’s How to Build It)
Confidence isn’t something you’re born with. It’s something you practice. And just like a muscle, the more you work it, the stronger it gets.
Confidence grows when you keep promises to yourself, take action in spite of fear, and stop waiting for “perfect” conditions. It’s built in the doing, not the overthinking. So speak up even when your voice shakes. Try the thing even if you’re unsure. Show up before you feel “ready.” The more you prove to yourself that you can trust you, the louder your inner confidence gets. You don’t need to feel confident to act, you build confidence by acting.
